Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Plume you agree to these terms. If you use Plume for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.

Plume is a brand-voice AI platform that generates on-brand content. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan.

You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and the content you generate and publish through Plume.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. No overage is ever charged: when a plan limit is reached, the features concerned are suspended until the next month, at no cost, and no amount is charged without an action by the customer. Detailed sale, renewal, and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Some features of Plume rely on artificial intelligence models supplied by third parties: Anthropic for text, Google through fal.ai for visuals. Their prohibitions apply to your use of Plume. In particular, you shall not use Plume to generate or distribute:

content depicting a real person (their face, voice or name) without their consent, or impersonating them; any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors; sexually explicit content; violent, hateful or harassing content, incitement to violence or self-harm, and any help to make or use weapons; false information meant to deceive, in particular about health, safety or elections, scams, or generated content presented as entirely human-made; content that infringes the rights of others: copyright, trademarks, image rights, privacy.

You shall also not circumvent the filters and safeguards of Plume or of its providers, circumvent usage limits, automate access to the service without authorisation, resell access to it, or use it to develop a competing model.

The usage policies of these providers also apply: fal.ai (https://fal.ai/legal/acceptable-use-policy), Google (https://policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy) and Anthropic (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). A breach may lead to the suspension of the features concerned or of the account.

You retain ownership of the content you create with Plume. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.

Plume is provided "as is". AI output can contain errors — review it before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, Matterz Studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
