The terms governing your use of Plume, operated by Matterz Studio.
By creating an account or using Plume you agree to these terms. If you use Plume for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.
Plume is a brand-voice AI platform that generates on-brand content. Available features and usage limits depend on your plan.
You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and the content you generate and publish through Plume.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. Usage beyond plan limits may incur overage charges or throttling as described in the app. Detailed sale, renewal, and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Sale.
Do not use Plume to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to abuse the AI service (for example by circumventing usage limits).
You retain ownership of the content you create with Plume. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.
Plume is provided "as is". AI output can contain errors — review it before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, Matterz Studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
