Does every plan include brand voice scoring?
Yes. Every tier — Free included — scores every generated piece against your brand voice. Free covers 25 scored pieces per month; Growth and above unlock higher volumes and the campaign wizard.
What's the difference between personas and workspaces?
Personas are voice variants of your brand (e.g. corporate, founder-personal, customer-success). Workspaces are team containers — folders for projects, members, and approvals. Growth gives you 3 personas in 1 workspace; Scale gives unlimited personas across 5 workspaces; Studio gives unlimited of both.
When should I upgrade from Growth to Scale?
When you outgrow 3 personas (e.g. add a new market or sub-brand), need the Opus-powered campaign wizard for tighter brand alignment, or want API access, custom roles, and audit logs.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, pro-rated.
What happens if I exceed my monthly generation limit?
Growth has pay-as-you-go overage at $0.55/gen up to a $45/month cap. Free is a hard cap — upgrade to keep generating. Scale and above are unlimited.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans save you 20% but can also be cancelled — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I test a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Growth and Scale include a 14-day free trial. Studio includes a 21-day trial. No credit card needed to start.
What's the difference between Studio and Enterprise?
Studio is for high-volume editorial teams with multiple brands/markets under one subscription. Enterprise adds SSO, audit guarantees, GDPR/DPA contracts, dedicated onboarding, and a custom SLA.
Do unused image credits expire?
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Image credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
