Do all plans include brand voice scoring?
Yes. Every tier — Free included — scores each generated piece against your brand voice. Free covers 15,000 words per month; Solo and Growth unlock higher volumes and the campaign wizard.
What's the difference between personas and workspaces?
Personas are voice variants of your brand (e.g. corporate, founder, customer-success). Workspaces are organisational folders — projects, content, campaigns. Growth gives 3 personas and 3 workspaces; Solo gives one of each.
Solo or Growth?
Solo is Plume for one person: 50,000 words a month, 1 seat, and the full generation suite (campaigns, sequences, routines). Growth adds the team — up to 10 members, team validation and 200,000 words. Seats are included: we never charge per user.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from the app. Changes take effect immediately, prorated.
What happens when I hit my word limit?
Generation pauses until next month, or until you upgrade — never a surprise charge, there is no overage billing. The meter resets on the 1st of each month and you track it live in the app.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly plans are commitment-free. Annual plans are 20% off and stay cancellable — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Solo and Growth include a 14-day free trial on your first subscription. Your payment method is saved at signup, nothing is charged before the trial ends — cancel in one click until then.
