Included usage
Every plan includes monthly limits (words, Chat messages, strategies…) and an AI model usage capacity. You track it in percent in your settings (“This month’s usage”), and Plume warns you at 80%. Everyday use never reaches the end of it.
At 100%, writing stops until the 1st of the next month, at no cost. To keep going right away, a recharge at $32 per seat excl. VAT (per brand on Agency) adds 50% to all your limits, 2 times a month at most. Nothing is ever charged without your click. Included usage, in our terms of sale

Do all plans include brand voice scoring?
Yes. Every tier — Free included — scores each generated piece against your brand voice. Free covers 15,000 words per month; Pro unlocks the campaign wizard, sequences, team validation and 60,000 words per seat.
How does per-seat billing work?
Pro is €59 per seat per month excl. VAT, €49 billed annually. A seat is one person who signs in to Plume, whatever their role. You pick the number of seats at checkout, then add or remove seats from Plume, any time. An added seat is billed pro rata for the time left: on the next invoice if you pay monthly, right away if you pay annually. A removed seat is not refunded.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You subscribe to Pro or Agency from the app. Once subscribed, you move to Agency from the app, right away, pro rata for the time left: on the next invoice if you pay monthly, right away if you pay annually. For any other plan change, write to us.
Is there a volume limit?
Yes, and it is written down. Each Pro seat includes 60,000 words and 200 Chat messages a month, pooled across your organization, with a model usage capacity. Your “This month’s usage” shows in percent in your settings, and Plume warns you at 80%. Beyond that: the 1st of the next month, or one more seat. Nothing is charged without your click.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly plans are commitment-free. Annual plans are 17% off and stay cancellable — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial on your first subscription. Your payment method is saved at signup, nothing is charged before the trial ends — cancel in one click until then.
